Mint Julep

• Fill a Collins glass with crushed ice. In a small glass, muddle the leaves from two mint sprigs, a packet of sugar, and splash of seltzer or water. When sugar is dissolved, add 2 oz of bourbon, stir, and pour over the crushed ice. Stir with a long handled spoon until Collins glass frosts.

Manhattan
